About

The maps on this website were produced by the Around Your Way project, which is here to help you discover the best of your area and the best ways to get around. Around Your Way is a completely free and impartial service provided by South Gloucestershire Council and Travelwest. The project is funded by the Department for Transport and contributions from some neighbourhood developers.

Some of the maps have been also been produced by, or in close partnership with, local community organisations:

Discover Kingswood

Southern Brooks Community Partnerships deliver projects that help build sustainable communities, by improving community cohesion and reducing poverty, loneliness and isolation. This includes skills and job coaching, training, youth work, social prescribing, wellbeing initiatives, volunteer development and community engagement.

We created the Discover Kingswood map to provide an outdoor guide to Kingswood, for local residents and visitors alike. The map shows the parks, playgrounds, nature areas, allotments and other outdoor spaces that you can discover and enjoy. It offers suggestions for activities, plus routes for you to walk, cycle, skate or wheel between the various green spaces.
